Follow the steps below to configure your Pickrr account with Magento store:


Step 1: 

Go to Manage Channel ->  Add New Channel -> Select Magento 2.x

You will be redirected to the General Information page.


Step 2: 

Update your Magento website Admin URL in “Website Admin URL” field and provide a shop name. You can enter a short name for your website as a shop name.


Step 3: 

You need to create an API user on the Magento 2 admin panel and provide details for the same.

To add a user on the Magento Admin Panel, Go to System -> All Users -> Click on “Add New User”. In the user info tab, fill in the required details like User Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Password and click on ‘Save User’.


Step 4: 

Click on User role under User Information of user added in Step 3 and provide Super Admin access to it.

Note - While adding a user, the username entered will be used as the username in Pickrr at the time of channel setup.


Step 5: 

Update the Username and Password created in Step 3 in Pickrr and click on "Connect with Magento".

Step 6: 

Next, verify or update status mapping and order pull statuses for your Magento store and click on Save.
