How can I be assured that multiple attempts will be made for delivery if my customer was not available the first time?

- Our courier companies by default offer 3 attempts for undelivered products.
- If your customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier partner will make a second attempt on the next business day, and a third attempt will be on the following business day, if required.
- Since we offer real time updates on our dashboard, you will be able to view the reason for non-delivery and inform your customer to be available for the next attempt.
